Cestování, dříve sprosté slovo chudých, dnes možný útěk z nudné reality všedních dnů. Zábava v podobě dovolené je v dnešní době dostupná opravdu komukoliv. A to nemluvím o rodinném zájezdu na Šumavu, ale o slunných plážích celého světa. Internet i knižní trh je zaplaven tipy na levné cestování po celém světě, tak je koukejte využít.
Proč je pro mě „dovolená“ zakázaným slovem?
Tyto prázdniny jsem měla velké pracovní plány v cizině, které se nakonec nekonaly. Rozhodla jsem se však vydat na pouť po severní Itálii. Všichni obeznámeni s mými plány se mě s chápajícím výrazem ve tváři tázali: „takže jedete jen na dovolenou“? Víte jaká je má představa dovolené? Písčitá pláž, klidné moře, lehátko pod slunečníkem, na něm já a v dáli svalnatý číšník nesoucí mi dnešní desátý drink s paraplíčkem.
Já jsem se ale rozhodla pro cestování, přesně pro pěší pouť, za kterou se skrývá spousta slz, potu a krve. Pouť, na které se dozvíte mnoho o sobě, svém partnerovi a rovněž se naučíte novým trikům, např. jak přežít bouřku ve stanu za pětikilo. Za všechnu tu dřinu a úsilí jsou vám odměnou vzpomínky na celý život.
Když je to dneska cool, tak to taky musím
Ze všech stran se na mě valí cestovatelé, dobrodruzi, prostě ti cool borci a holčiny, kteří jsou tak boží a procestovali skoro celý svět.
Cesta na Jadran a zpátky se taky počítá, ne?!?
A já se vedle nich cítím jako mladé ucho, které už zas tak mladé není, ale ani není připravené pro život. A proč? Protože jsem toho zas tak moc neprocestovala. Obdivuji je a tiše závidím, ale jen trošičku, malou, malinkatou trošičku. Mám svůj domov prostě ráda. Jedná se sice o pokojík pro jednoho (kde bydlíme dva) v centru Brna s malou starou koupelnou sdílenou sedmi lidmi a jedním mopsíkem (samo, že ne najednou). Ale je to má jistota. A já to beru. Cestuji ráda, ale není to má životní touha. Cestování vás naučí spoustu nových věcí, ale připraveni na život nebudete nikdy.
Musím se vám přiznat, že nejsem zrovna cestovatelsky zběhlá. Nenavštívila jsem spoustu krásných míst a expertem na cestování bych se nazvala pouze po pěti pivech a dvou panácích. Většinu prázdninového času jsem trávila na brigádách, protože práce přeci šlechtí. I přes to všechno jsem se odhodlala, sbalila si svůj bágl a vydala se do neznáma. K nezaplacení. Nelituji, ale nebudu nikomu bulíkovat, jak to bylo nádherné. Protože to byla dřina spojená se stresem a vyčerpáním. A i přesto perfektní.
A na závěr?
Cestujte pokud můžete, ale hlavně pokud chcete. Nenechte se do toho tlačit společností jen proto, že je to teď populární. Musíte si uvědomit, co všechno to obnáší a jestli to doopravdy chcete. Chcete opustit svou komfortní zónu a vydat se do neznáma? Máte na to odvahu?
Každý nezkušený musel znalosti někde nabrat. Já jich pár ve slovenských horách získal, ale na druhou stranu pořád nevím, na kterou stranu otočit alumatku. Tehdy jsem to vyřešil tak, že jsem ty strany každou noc střídal. Přišlo mi to stejné.
Na alumatky pozor, mohou být dost zrádné! 😀
